Ever feel like you just want to exercise all day?  The more I do, the more I wish its all I had to do...

Though I have to admit that I do like writing these posts, so I guess its something else to be thankful for...

Training for a triathlon...and a marathon in Princeton is a lot more fun than novices realize. Especially since so many of them are nervous about just starting out. Its great to see the reaction of new members when they realize they could train with others at their level and not feel like they are holding back or interfering with the growing experts....  It really feels like this group of friends will be growing into more than a club, but into a family.

I don't know about you fine folks, but I'm almost so excited about this club I can barely wait for the next training session.  And about the coaching?  What great energy, care, expertise, and positive personality...

Nevertheless, keep an eye out ( here ) for the links to club gear, team uniforms, and other merchandise/training equipment coming up on the road ahead  ( one great item for all you dog-owning joggers out there will be available as soon as I can get enough time to finish the kickstarter campaign for it...and the prototype )

Exercise, cross training, marathon prep day, triathlon training, and the Princeton Triathlon Club mentality is something I'm very proud you all are a part of. Its my honor to bring everything I can to the club... so join the club ;)

Hey Tigers,

Busy times abound don't they!?

However, I'm committed to an installment every day possible...I wont swear to one a day... yet I will do my best...you have my word! That being said, I'm here...and going to keep this one short...

Fielding a lot of questions and giving a lot of advice, everyone has great questions. A true a pleasure helping everyone realize the personal improvements they can apply to their exercise... and nutrition...and lives in general, in fact...

One thing we have been reminded of...is that in ALL great teaching, the teacher learns about themselves at the same time... in some very interesting ways. So, please continue to contact us with anything, as we love the attention...and love helping everyone out in their race to great health.

Also, I shall inform you all of the date as we kick off our Kickstarter!

Nevertheless, gotta "run"...so as always, keep pushing forward!

SO exciting !

We are all ready to go, everyone sign up as fast as we can get them into the club!

Id like to announce that we are soon going to be "kicking" off our Kickstarter campaign!

Maybe we should have kickstarted first...however our focus is on the health and happiness of the community.

That being said, we are preparing to grow at such a rate, that the extra funding will provide EVEN MORE greatness for our club, our team, and our community...

Imagine the impact a Princeton Marathon or Triathlon will have on all the local businesses ( increasing their foot traffic, pun intended)  schools, and just the over-all joy of our community and our university.

Anyone who has ever even just stood on a sideline, giving cheer and support to the runners, knows exactly how amazing the feeling of comradery, community, and caring permeates everyone involved... whether support staff, fans and family, or the runners and even walkers themselves.

But if you join the club you can feel the accomplishment as well, and the warm glow with a good strong heartbeat inside!

Hey All!  Announcing the great news!

Its Official...Congratulations on our successful registration with the USA Triathlon Administration! So excited to be certified members...and all our members, get their membership as well!!!

Next, and very importantly:

To eliminate any confusion, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT LEVEL YOU ARE!

New to exercise? there are so many people joining that will be walking with you.

In recovery? We know what you are accomplishing every day, and we can get you through as we have the personal experience and wisdom of going through it ourselves ( but never alone )

And EXPERTS?  The team is already here, running and waiting for you to join the club!

With all the attention we are getting, there seems to be a lot of folks interested, but concerned about being able to join the club at a beginners level... or experts worried about being held back by the beginners.

So, to answer everyone's questions: We group together those at your skill level, of course ;)

This means we train you at your level, using certified expert skills and biometric feedback to advance you carefully and safely to a point of increasing health, endurance, and all around great feeling.

What THAT means: that if you need to walk at first, you will be with all the other members that are starting off walking... and if your running, there is a pack of runners running with you...

Further, if all you want to do is walk then you can just walk with a guide and a group of others at your level...the fact that there are NO age requirements for this club, with new friends and anyone you bring with you, you regain your strength and health through fun walks in around and all over campus and surrounding areas.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions...and AGAIN, no matter what your skill level, your goals, or your level of health...walking, or running, or recovery from cancer for example...its always better with friends, family, and a club of teammates to make it happen...and make it fun.

In other news, we are so excited about the site going live !  Check back soon to get the website address as well...  We are going to make this, THE ONLY Princeton club ( not just the university, but for the entire area) the most fun and successful club to date ;)

With all the questions we are getting, we see it as a great service we are providing, because sooo many people want to be healthy, its just sometimes hard to get started... and we are honored to provide that certified proven guidance to making it easier to understand what, step by step, you can do to get to a healthy state of mind, and body, and spirit!

Welcome to the Princeton Triathlon Marathon Club!

As we start out from the gates, running full speed here in Princeton, we are all very excited about the team, the club, the webpage (and this blog) all going live by December 1st!

With the access to practice and train in Princeton University's very own Stephens Fitness Center and Track...as well as all over this beautiful campus...anyone familiar would tell you its amazing...as well as many other beautiful adjectives ;)

Our goal is to get, and keep, everyone in this area healthy, training you all to be your very very best with nationally certified coaching and health expertise...and a friendly fun team!

That being said, fun and health are the only real requirements as we make Princeton Triathlon the BEST in the area!

Registered with the USA Triathlon, we are getting everyone the inside access... the Stephens Fitness Center has every free and universal weight training system in its state-of-the-art facility...as well as the refreshing Tiger Pool to make our way swimmingly to the top.
